    Hikes

    Hikes And Other Outdoor Activities

Our recent company hike was more than just time outdoors-it was an intentional investment in the well-being of our therapists. In a profession centered on supporting others, it’s essential that therapists also make space for their own self-care, reflection, and connection. Taking time to pause, step away from daily demands, and reconnect with nature can restore energy, deepen self-awareness, and prevent burnout.

Live Well was proud to create that space for our team. Through shared movement, meaningful conversations, and moments of quiet reflection, our therapists were able to strengthen not only their connection to themselves, but to each other. This experience reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive community where clinicians feel nourished, valued, and inspired-so they can continue showing up fully for the people they serve.

Hiking is a great way to build the discipline, strength, and mindfulness that we often overlook in our daily lives. Therapeutic hikes provide you with the opportunity to be present with yourself and your surroundings. They also remind you of the strength and control that we have each day, giving a sense of accomplishment that can be applied to other aspects of your life.

We will be offering various themed hikes that connect with the different stages of life. Once we start our schedule, please feel free to book a listed hike for a small group or reach out if there is a stage that you would like to see offered.

Our therapeutic hikes may have different focuses, but one thing is constant; in each hike, the journey will be for you and about you. We look forward to scheduling hikes in the near future and having you join us!
